Business Transformation and IT service provider Conclusion<\/strong><\/a> has reached an agreement with Novabase to acquire the leading Portuguese IT talent and service provider company Neotalent. The organisation currently has more than 800 specialized professionals in sought after technology areas such as software development- and data analytics, as well as engineering capabilities. Neotalent has grown steadily, offering tailored near- and onshore solutions to renown corporates in Portugal and Spain. As part of Conclusion, Neotalent will be in a perfect position to reinforce customer teams in the Netherlands, help meeting the high demand for qualified multidisciplinary teams. The purchase and sale will take place in the coming months, subject to the verification of some conditions precedent which are usual in similar transactions, including the non-opposition of the Portuguese Competition Authority.<\/p>\n
