With this new leadership role, the group strengthens its investment in managed technology services and accelerates the creation of new\u00a0portfolio and\u00a0offerings to boost both Iberia\u2019s growth and its contribution to Conclusion\u2019s European ecosystem.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With over 20 years of international experience in technology and services, Desiree Fraser previously led Conclusion MBS in the Netherlands \u2013 the group\u2019s unit specialised in Microsoft Dynamics 365 \u2013 and held senior roles at Capgemini, where she served as Vice-President, as a\u00a0Retail\u00a0Market lead\u00a0and Global Account Executive,\u00a0delivering\u00a0global projects in software development, cloud, quality assurance<\/span>\u00a0and emerging technologies.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In her new role, Fraser will\u00a0be responsible for\u00a0expanding the Managed Services area and launching\u00a0new technology\u00a0offerings,\u00a0leveraging\u00a0emerging opportunities in the market such as\u00a0Gen AI and\u00a0Observability. She will work closely with Conclusion\u2019s teams in the Benelux and DACH regions, to enhance service delivery and co-develop integrated solutions for international clients.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
