Conclusion<\/a>, a business transformation and IT services group, has opened a new office at the Trinity Porto complex through its company Neotalent Conclusion. This move reinforces its operations in Northern Portugal, with plans to hire over 50 professionals in the next two years. Currently, the company has around 115 employees in the northern region, a number that has been steadily growing in recent years.<\/p>\n

The move to the new office accompanies team expansion and a growing client base. Using the Porto location as a hub for both business and support teams accelerated the need for a larger office with better operational conditions.<\/p>\n

According to C\u00e9lia Vieira, Managing Director of Conclusion Iberia and CEO of Neotalent Conclusion<\/strong>, this opening reflects the strategic importance of the northern region for the company: \u201cThe opening of this new office in Porto reflects the solid relationships we\u2019ve built over the past 10 years with both talent and clients in the North. Like the Lisbon headquarters, the new office follows Conclusion\u2019s multi-brand model. While initially hosting the Neotalent Conclusion team, the space is designed to welcome employees from other companies within the group, promoting collaboration and cross-functional work.<\/p>\n

Located in Trinity Porto, the office was renovated according to the principles that guide Conclusion\u2019s spaces: sustainable materials, natural light, collaborative areas, integrated technology, and a layout designed for employee wellbeing and productivity.<\/p>\n
