Our Whistleblowing Policy establishes the rules applicable to the procedure for receiving, processing, resolving and recording whistleblowing reports received by Neotalent Conclusion about behavior that allegedly does not comply with the law and internal regulations in force.

Neotalent Conclusion’s Irregular Practices Reporting System (IPS) is a privileged mechanism for fostering a responsible and compliant culture, through the implementation of internal reporting channels, analysis, investigation and subsequent forwarding of reported irregular practices.
