Strategic joining with Conclusion to propel Neotalent’s international growth
The IT talent and service provider Neotalent has officially joined Business Transformation and IT service Dutch group Conclusion, after the agreement with Novabase Group for the acquisition of the latter has been signed in October, following the absence of opposition from the Portuguese Competition Authority in late November.
This acquisition makes Neotalent part of an ecosystem of over 3,600 employees comprising teams of more than 25 expert companies in the field of business transformation and IT services. Neotalent will remain operationally autonomous in Portugal and Spain, but, as part of Conclusion, it will expand its international business opportunities and collaborate closely with the ecosystem, boosting its nearshore capabilities, strengthening client teams in Europe, and meeting the significant demand for skilled multidisciplinary professionals.
