Bruno Carlos appointed Head of Delivery at Conclusion Lifecycle

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, operations and service management, he will lead the evolution of the delivery model at Conclusion Iberia’s Managed Services business.

Conclusion, the European business transformation and IT services group, announces the appointment of Bruno Carlos as Head of Delivery at Conclusion Lifecycle, its Iberian IT Managed Services business. In this role, his main responsibilities will be to ensure service delivery excellence and scalability, strengthen operational consistency and align the delivery model with clients’ business objectives.

The appointment comes as Conclusion Lifecycle enters a new stage of development, following its launch in 2026 as Conclusion’s specialist Managed Services and Nearshore business in the Iberian Peninsula. Based in Portugal and employing more than 100 professionals, the company provides services across IT operations, application management, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, observability and nearshore delivery.

Among Bruno Carlos’s priorities is the development of an increasingly outcome-driven service delivery model, in which operational excellence, innovation and technology contribute directly to clients’ business objectives. Artificial intelligence and automation play a central role in this transformation, helping to improve efficiency, anticipate needs and develop higher-value services.

“Client expectations are evolving rapidly. Artificial intelligence and automation are transforming how we work and what our clients expect from their partners. We need to keep pace with this evolution by transforming how we deliver services and building a model that is increasingly focused on tangible outcomes and our clients’ business objectives,” says Bruno Carlos, Head of Delivery at Conclusion Lifecycle.

His new role also includes developing the Managed Services portfolio, building delivery capabilities and implementing shared processes and practices that promote an integrated approach across teams, technologies and geographies. This vision of cohesive delivery aims to strengthen collaboration, reduce duplication, accelerate the adoption of best practices and ensure greater consistency and quality in the client experience.

Bruno Carlos will also contribute to the development of new delivery capabilities and the strengthening of Conclusion Lifecycle’s technology partnerships, with a particular focus on innovation and the use of leading technologies to address clients’ current and future challenges.

“Our goal is to build an integrated, scalable delivery model that is ready for the future. Combining shared processes, best practices, innovation and collaboration across teams allows us to improve efficiency, strengthen service quality and build ever-closer partnerships with our clients,” adds Bruno Carlos.

With more than 20 years of experience in technology, service management, operations and transformation, Bruno Carlos has built a career focused on the evolution of delivery models, Managed Services and technology infrastructure. Before joining Conclusion Lifecycle, he held leadership roles at NTT DATA Europe & Latam and spent more than a decade at Celfocus (NOVABASE), with responsibilities spanning cloud, infrastructure, customer success and transformation. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering, an MBA from The Lisbon MBA — a partnership between Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Nova SBE and MIT — and has completed further executive education at MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds certifications in ITIL, Agile Leadership and SAFe.

With this appointment, Conclusion Lifecycle strengthens its leadership team and continues to develop its Managed Services portfolio in a market where specialisation, technology integration, innovation and alignment with clients’ business objectives are increasingly important.
