Conclusion opens new office in Porto and plans to hire 50 more professionals by 2027

The Dutch group strengthens its presence in Northern Portugal, driven by business growth, new clients in the region and proximity to tech talent.

Conclusion, a business transformation and IT services group, has opened a new office at the Trinity Porto complex through its company Neotalent Conclusion. This move reinforces its operations in Northern Portugal, with plans to hire over 50 professionals in the next two years. Currently, the company has around 115 employees in the northern region, a number that has been steadily growing in recent years.

The move to the new office accompanies team expansion and a growing client base. Using the Porto location as a hub for both business and support teams accelerated the need for a larger office with better operational conditions.

According to Célia Vieira, Managing Director of Conclusion Iberia and CEO of Neotalent Conclusion, this opening reflects the strategic importance of the northern region for the company: “The opening of this new office in Porto reflects the solid relationships we’ve built over the past 10 years with both talent and clients in the North. This step reinforces the proximity we aim to maintain with the local tech ecosystem and confirms Porto’s growing relevance in the development of our operations.”

Like the Lisbon headquarters, the new office follows Conclusion’s multi-brand model. While initially hosting the Neotalent Conclusion team, the space is designed to welcome employees from other companies within the group, promoting collaboration and cross-functional work.

Located in Trinity Porto, the office was renovated according to the principles that guide Conclusion’s spaces: sustainable materials, natural light, collaborative areas, integrated technology, and a layout designed for employee wellbeing and productivity.

Célia Vieira adds: “These new facilities mark another milestone in fostering a collaborative, motivating, and future-ready work culture. We hope our teams feel inspired here to create, innovate and thrive.”

In Lisbon, Conclusion currently employs around 850 professionals across its two companies: Neotalent Conclusion, a specialist in IT recruitment and service delivery, and Score Conclusion, a strategic partner focused on SAP consulting and project implementation.

The group’s growth strategy is based on a balanced expansion across Benelux, DACH, and Iberian regions. With the goal of reaching €2 billion in global revenue by 2030, Conclusion Iberia’s contribution will be key — both through organic growth and acquisitions. The group expects Iberia to generate €250 million in business volume by 2030.
