Bruno Ferrão - Neotalent

Bruno Ferrão leads Neotalent’s Services and Nearshore team

Bruno Ferrão was appointed Director of the Services & Nearshore Unit for the national and international markets of Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specialized in finding the best technological talent and providing IT (Information Technology) services tailored to the challenges and business needs of companies.

With more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, the new head of Neotalent previously held positions in service management and business development in companies such as Altran, Inetum, Axians and Novabase itself, having led several major challenges in the development and delivery of a specialized offer of Managed Services in the areas of Support and Application Development, as well as Infrastructures, in different national and international organizations.

Regarding this new professional challenge, Bruno Ferrão says that “we are going through one of the most challenging times in the sector. On the one hand, in terms of talent retention and scarcity. On the other hand, by adopting new collaboration models, emerging technologies and specialized services that bring more value and innovation capacity to organizations.”

Neotalent’s Head of Services & Nearshore adds that “it was with great pride and a huge sense of commitment that I accepted to be part of Neotalent’s strategic bet to lead and develop this specialized services and nearshore unit. We will continue to focus on a set of solutions supported by the best talent in the technology market, with specialized teams and solutions tailored to customer challenges.”

Regarding Neotalent’s repositioning, taking into account the now more comprehensive range of IT services available, Ferrão says that “it is, without a doubt, an opportunity to boost and develop the strategy of diversifying Neotalent’s offer, thus translating into a very stimulating challenge that honors all the work that has been done from Portugal, to the world”.
