Conclusion, the Dutch group specialising in digital transformation and IT services, is reinforcing its presence in the Iberian Peninsula with the appointment of Desiree Fraser as Strategic Portfolio & Managed Services Director at Conclusion Iberia. With this new leadership role, the group strengthens its investment in managed technology services and accelerates the creation of new portfolio and offerings to boost both Iberia’s growth and its contribution to Conclusion’s European ecosystem.
With over 20 years of international experience in technology and services, Desiree Fraser previously led Conclusion MBS in the Netherlands – the group’s unit specialised in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – and held senior roles at Capgemini, where she served as Vice-President, as a Retail Market lead and Global Account Executive, delivering global projects in software development, cloud, quality assurance and emerging technologies.
In her new role, Fraser will be responsible for expanding the Managed Services area and launching new technology offerings, leveraging emerging opportunities in the market such as Gen AI and Observability. She will work closely with Conclusion’s teams in the Benelux and DACH regions, to enhance service delivery and co-develop integrated solutions for international clients.
With this strategic move, the Iberian operation positions itself as an innovation incubator within the group — dedicated to developing new business lines and service offerings that is increasingly collaborative and client-centric.

To deliver this strategy, Fraser will lead a team of around 70 specialists, covering a broad range of technologies and working closely with technology partners, such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Enterprise Application partners. The objective is to make Managed Services a sustainable growth engine, capable of supporting new offerings and accelerating Conclusion Iberia’s transition towards higher-value, technology-driven services, which are expected to account for more than 50% of total revenue by 2030.

Conclusion Iberia has been growing steadily by combining the integration of new companies — such as Neotalent Conclusion and Score Conclusion, which together form a team of around 1,000 professionals — with the internal development of specialised capabilities. In the coming years, the company plans to strengthen its teams in areas such as cloud, data, automation, and critical application and systems management, consolidating Portugal and Spain as technological centres of excellence within the group.
