Conclusion launches Conclusion Lifecycle plans to hire 40 more professionals in 2026

The new managed services-focused operation launches with more than 100 professionals. Portugal will play a central role in this strategy, serving as an operational hub to support clients in the Iberian Peninsula and Europe.

Lisbon, March 30, 2026. Conclusion, a European business transformation and IT services group, has launched Conclusion Lifecycle, a new company specializing in Managed Services, that builds on the track record previously embedded within Neotalent Conclusion. The new operation starts with more than 100 professionals and plans to hire 40 more specialists by the end of the year.

Conclusion Lifecycle, led by Desiree Fraser, is Conclusion’s Managed Services and Nearshore operation in Iberia, ensuring full continuity for clients, partners and consultants. In 2025, the operation generated €7.4 million in revenue and now aims to reach €10 million in 2026, further strengthening Portugal’s role as a strategic hub for delivering IT services across Portugal, Spain and Europe.

With Conclusion Lifecycle, we are elevating an already successful operation into a focused, scalable, and future-ready Managed Services powerhouse,” says Desiree Fraser, Director of Conclusion Lifecycle. “Our mission is to enhance operational excellence, broaden our technological capabilities, and deliver reliable, long-term services that support clients throughout the entire IT lifecycle, increasingly leveraging AI to drive predictive operations and continuous optimization.”

For 2026, in addition to expanding the team, the company plans to broaden its technological capabilities—from IT operations and AMS to cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, observability, platform operations, and enterprise application support including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

A key focus will be the development of an AI-infused Managed Services offering, leveraging advanced platforms and tools to enable more predictive maintenance, intelligent monitoring, and self-healing systems, improving system resilience and operational efficiency.

“Conclusion Lifecycle reflects our commitment to grow in Iberia with a strong Managed Services focus, while staying close to our clients and their evolving needs. By combining nearshore capabilities from Portugal with the strength of the Conclusion ecosystem in Europe, we are building a scalable platform to support long-term, technology-driven transformation,” says Célia Vieira, Managing Director of Conclusion Iberia.

Beyond the core portfolio, Conclusion Lifecycle will also serve as an incubation platform for next-generation service lines in observability, security, and platform operations, developed in close collaboration with Conclusion’s European experts.

At the same time, the company is embedding AI into its own operating model, increasing responsiveness, efficiency and delivery quality, while also supporting clients in adopting and scaling AI within their own IT landscapes and business processes.
